Sounds like nonsense, it’s definitely PiS resisting purging of its entrenched apparatchiks from judiciary of all kinds which they monopolised in past years. They probably panicked when PO recently try to get Zbigniew “Zero” Ziobro, man number 2 in PiS and one of the worst of the bunch and are trying to counterattack before the presidental elections this year in which Duda can’t start anymore and which most likely be won by PO.

Anyways, PM Tusk when he heard about this just shrugged and went to play tennis, and he is probably correct about this.
