It wasn’t super interesting, but I’d say it was very mildly interesting.
It was informative, but my favorite part was how dope their newspaper operation is, and how their investigative reporting is incredibly important for exposing corruption (in politics and corporations). And every party member, even the highest committee members, have to deliver the papers one day a week.

Maybe Trump’s demands of other countries has scared his other allies, so the better relations with China is there in case Trump tries to tariff Japan
I think that’s exactly what it is, Japan is in a bad place economically now and they’re really worried about what Trump will do to them.
Trump’s brain is still stuck in the 1980s when Japanophobia was a cultural phenomenon, so I think they’re right to be worried.
Honestly a 10% tariff could really mess them up and the gov could collapse if they are force to cede an island.
Its good to see the US slowily losing its complete influence over some of its satellites
