I have for a while been in a loop of getting on track, facing a small issue, and retreating from too many responsibilities. I think i need to hear some pretty “low level” (idk) advice, how do you pick up the pieces and keep going? How do you cope with feeling like you’re constantly catching up, feelings of inadequacy, feelings of guilt for not meeting expectations in the past?

One small thing that can help with stress and doom loops: box breathing. If you can learn it, it might help a little.
