America can’t be blamed for the next pandemic if we turn off all surveillance and early warning, gag scientists, stop any reporting on it, stop looking for it, etc. Then when it does break out into a pandemic there won’t be any solid proof of where it came from and we can blame China (or maybe Mexico since this is Trump) for that as well.
