The CIA orchestrates their control of the media at the yearly Billionaires Summer Camp, AKA the Sun Valley Conference. This conference is attended by several past CIA directors and all the major media and social media companies and other tech companies. It is usually scheduled for the week after 4th of July, but this year it is being held a week late for some reason.
