    … what’s the issue?
It’s already translated in English. Half of it is English and half Spanish.
Are you upset that the Spanish comes first? Are you upset that you’re seeing Spanish at all?
90% of the communications this agency puts out are probably English only - don’t get annoyed at the one time they put another language first.
Especially when talking about an event centered around loteria, a traditional game that probably only Spanish speakers have heard about

I find it interesting that they spent a bunch of money to send a flyer to every household in Portland when current estimates are only 9% of the population speaks Spanish and only 1/3rd of that is less than fluent in English.

At the top left it says jueva loteria go. Directly below that is the translation: play loteria go. You are not being excluded.

Never said I was excluded, I would like to know how much money they spent sending a Spanish language flyer to a city that is only 9% Spanish speaking.

Not enough that it warrants attention. How much money do you think this campaign could cost? Also you don’t know if it’s targeted specifically to drive adoption from the Spanish speaking population. You’re all uptight for a nothingburger.

“to Postal Customer” mailers can be sent to specific ZIP Codes so it may not have gone to, for example, 97239.
