How does a campaign make a mistake like this?

You don’t even have to speak/read/write Arabic to be able to tell if it looks like Arabic text or not. It takes just a few hours of observing it to move past the stage of “it’s one of those scripts with the basic squiggles and dots around them” level of understanding.
