It’s true, new job posting numbers suck too. Companies are just reposting the same position every 2 weeks if they don’t get who they want which pumps up the numbers.
A ton of the rejection emails I’ve gotten aren’t even about my lack of skill or experience or anything, they’re just like “oopsie, we already hired someone for that role :P”
