This was true a decade ago, not now

Now page 1 is ads and an AI response with the wrong answer. Sometimes the ads continue to page 2. It takes a while to dig down to the seedier search results.

I just realized I never click on page 2…

Should I look?

One of the reasons I found Kagi refreshing. It doesn’t pretend there’s 7 million or whatever results when everything past page 1 is garbage. You get only 30 or so relevant results and nothing else

That’s how all these magazines are. I’m just browsing until I reach the Google centerfold.
