the most embarrassing thing about this particular struggle session (no i will not read any of the posts) is the revelation that there’s a large community filled with discord mods who are having what they consider to be Very Important discussions about the website all day

Yeah ngl I kinda don’t care? I have bills to pay, I’m on this little website to shitpost and learn, not argue with people I agree on 95% of issues with
I have a feeling most of us that have responded to this ‘drama’ don’t actually care about the tanks that much. But just this, it felt like a power-tripping decision to change this place from the top-down with no community input, and I still don’t fully understand the true purposes or rationale even after reading essentially all of the posts around it.
