Adderall, Vyvanse etc. Many undiagnosed adhd people self medicate with smoking and coffee. In my experience caffeine does help, but not as much. I find tea to be better than coffee. Nicotine was honestly the most effective outside of controlled substances, but a nasty habit so I gave it up.
