Remember that Obama was the guy who first greenlighted manipulating the figures so that “enemy combatant” means pretty much anyone a bomb lands on.

On that point, it’s quite sad that people keep saying “Har har the Russians are so incompetent!” because this has gone on for a month. But Russia isn’t fighting like how NATO invades other nations, NATO could indeed force Ukraine to capitulate in two weeks but looking at the historical examples that would be achieved via shock and awe and a LOT of indiscriminate carpet bombing.
