It’s kinda staggering how inefficient cows are as any source of food and material.

I don’t really every argue for veganism from a place of efficiency, since there are some rather terrifying implications of accepting the premise that food efficiency is the most important. However that said, it’s always nice when added benefits fall out of doing the right thing, and maybe can help nudge human chavaunists into at least travelling a similar path.
