(Sorry, can’t upload the diagram directly. I mean, I could, but then I could not have the link to the site in the title)

I found neurodivergentinsights to be helpful in general. And useful personally for ruling out other conditions that also overlap with Autism.

    That’s a good website … thanks!

I’m only starting to consider the extent to which I may be ND (as is typical, I imagine, I’ve long considered myself completely NT). And though I haven’t looked deeply into this, the things that consistently resonate are descriptions of the overlapping traits. Like I read this list of overlapping traits and think to myself … that’s me. Don’t know where I’ll go with this, it’s new to me, but I think it’s really helping to read these kinds of materials. Thanks!

Remember that you knoe yourself the best. Sometimes getting a diagnosis takes a real, real long time and it’s okay to be sure about some things. All though it does feel nice getting it “official”.

Yea, digging through good resources is the way. One important thing seems to never make it on those charts: How much you relate to the experiences of already diagnosed people. (because that is impossible to measure clinically) Just be careful of confirmation bias.
