My wild assumption is nearly every single person who works for the foundation knows why it exists, what it stands for, and what it does. And libs calling up and lecturing the phone guy won’t give them a come to Jesus moment. It’ll just make the phone guy hate “the left” even more.
I kind of doubt the kid answering the phones even works directly for the Heritage Foundation. More than likely it’s a call center with staff that’s fed scripts for various organizations. I doubt the call center workers have ever even met someone from the Heritage Foundation.
