Wow after about a year and a half from Storm Front to Battle Ground I feel like I have been on a journey. The growth of the characters and expansion of the world really feels like we have come a long way. The loss of Murphy is going to hurt in the next few books as I am sure Harry will take a long time to get over that if he even can. I’m not sure what is next but I am hear for it.
Dresden sure is a journey. I remember I didn’t like them that much at first but it really grew on me. Got real spoiled by most of them being available on demand, the wait is terrible.
Yeah to have this many books completed in the series spoiled me. Going to be hard to wait for the next book.
My wife and I got caught up right when Battle Front came out. Yeah, the wait is rough.
The side story compilations are great if you need another fix, but there aren’t too many of those.
I did read Side Jobs after Changes so only 1 short story collection to go. I think I am going to give it a few months though before I read that. I want to hold onto my thoughts for how Battle Ground ended for some time.
