    The Pirate Bay is on the open web.

    So I guess it’s perfectly okay to pirate Microsoft software.

    And if torrents don’t count, I guarantee you that there are public websites with direct downloads of pirated Microsoft software that have yet to be taken down.

      The torrents are on the web but the content itself is not on the web, only BitTorrent.

    Man, fuck Microsoft in particular. They’ve gone from fighting open-source tooth and nail, to now declaring that of course everyone else opened up their stuff and they’re allowed to take it.

    In turn, if I’d find a copy of Windows, Office, or whatever Microsoft software on the net, I’d be free to use it in amy way I like? Because that is what he is basically arguing.

    Now robot scrapers are “thieves” for looking at your jpeg? Foh lol

    Training isn’t stealing. Just like Google scrapers which are the same thing aren’t stealing.

    It was on the shelf out in the open officer. There wasn’t a lock on it and that means it is free.
