I don’t know anyone who uses AT&T so it seems like a pretty minor inconvenience to everyone else and a major inconvenience for them. The article also points out this seems to be a thing in the Midwest. And AT&T’s outage map says my area is fine. So ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
