the water on the left reads like water right from the faucet tastes and the water on the right reads like aquafina tastes

The one on the right is read by an over the top movie announcer, the “In a world…” type.
I read the second one like the Avatar TLAB intro.

For more information on why you read it with two different voices i would recommend reading the book “Stop Stealing Sheep & Find Out How Type Works” by Erik Spiekermann. Great read and an excellent introduction to typography.
