        Do things that justify the judge being mad at you, get sentenced, point to your own statements and the sentence as evidence of the judge’s animus against you, hope the appeals court buys your argument. 4D chess for pigeons.

        Why? When he violates court orders, the judges have only been giving him microfines and begging him to stop. Like he is sending cultists to threaten and harass jurors and the staff and he gets a stern warning at worst.

          Yeah, probably true, I would be happy if he was just waiting for the guilty verdict to unload.
