After receiving a message from a Reddit admin on Thursday saying that its moderators were going to be replaced, Reddit’s Firefox community opened up from being private — but with a temporary new focus on an animal species instead of a web browser.
I recall Mozilla developers showing up there occasionally to answer questions and things like that. I think they even had a special user flair. That made it feel semi-official at least.
They seem to be moving their technical support over to kbin too from their announcement on reddit. An organisation like that moving over is huge!
