    Here “MVP” stands for “Most Valuable Player” …
    This should be read in the context of a somewhat widespread video game (or sport show) culture mostly popular in the USA and for young folks.
    … i do not know why it says “real” though.

    Edit : (after + searching ) Logicaly “real” is similar to “most” so, “real MPV” is “most most Valuable Player” which souds funny on purpose 😋.

      So, the guy was given an award for Most Valuable Player on his team, but in his speech, he basically said that his mum should get the award, and therefore is the ‘real’ MVP, the person that actually contributed the most to the success of the team.
