    The New Testament is a book that aims to serve as a witness to the truth. It strongly appears that they have applied this Jewish law: “In the testimony of two witnesses or in the testimony of three witnesses the matter is established” (Deuteronomy 19:15, Matthew 18:16). Because the book has multiple layers of multiple witnesses. e.g.;

    • In the 4 Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) many events are witnessed up to 4 times in parallel.
    • At least 3 Gospels attest to Jesus’ divinity 4 times.
    • It is described that at those moments only the 3 disciples Peter, James, John were present.
    • Of 2 of those 3 disciples present, their writing is part of the Bible and they testify to what they have experienced.
