I remembered how nasty cooking was with all the grease and smells. Now its just Tofu, yummy
But oil is still there? Or did you also stop heating stuff with oil?
It’s definitely less of an issue. Not completely gone of course but the filters in my range hood need cleaning less often
Uhhhh yeah… Cleaning the filters on the hood. We all do that.
If you’ll excuse me I have something unrelated to take care of…
I don’t even bother using the hood since it doesn’t vent outside. Though, seeing all these articles about gas stoves being bad for you makes me want to have a functional hood.
Just because the hood doesn’t vent outside, doesn’t mean it’s useless. Just recirculating the dirty air through the filters goes a huge way in cleaning it up and reducing both smells and particles in the air.
If you are using a gas stove, be sure to open a window when cooking, so clean air can come in.
Also if you have a hood that vents outside: You NEED to open a window, otherwise the hood will get overwhelmed by the backflow and will not do anything.
This couldn’t be further from the truth for me.
I never used a blender or food processor when I was Omni. Not to mention all the strainers I’m dirtying up.
But my cooking skill has gone up tremendously.
I guess you mean fridge, not freezer?
yes, non-native english speaker here
Seeing this convinced me to give vegan milk a shot

Lidl sells oatmilk, called No Milk, fortified with D3, B12 and calcium for 90 eurocents in Germany. Looks and tastes like milk. I’m not buying any other plant milk anymore.
Yup. Oat milk is the best.
I just get some TVP and fry that like a steak, for that authentic stovetop glazing.
Nothing in my fridge gets more dirty than the vegetable drawer.
The amount of olive oil spattering my stovetop says that this is a lie
Is this list in reverse order?
no its a stupid meme, of course the first 3 are all valid and the last is just a Joke.
