I use uBlock Origin and make some changes to the default settings. Have seen recommend configs, but haven’t gotten to implement them yet.

fyi: it’s generally not a good idea to run multiple adblockers at the same time, and if privacy badger does something uBlock Origin doesnt, you’ll likely just missing a blocklist
