When Chinese mainland phones were first coming out I jumped onto ZTE from HTC so fast and so did most of HTCs fans that I knew. That is because we were crazies that loved fucked up phones that had cool features. Before I made the jump i was using an HTC Titan with Windows Mobile 6.1 on it.

Then we got hit with the ZTE ban and I got super sad I could not have my cool phones because I tried to import one and got told by the nanny state they could not let it past customs.

I bet the main reason for asking for more money is that the they know the US has to give it to them now that they made this big media stink about the Chinese spyware all over their country lmao
