    As someone who has experienced dehydration please drink water

    You’ll look and feel better when your fully hydrated and being dehydrated makes it harder for me to fall asleep

      I once saw a video on reddit where they removed a 1cm big kidney stone, since that day I drink minimally 2 liters of water a day
