I can totally listen to music in my head, vivid enough that I even unconsciously will start to bob my head or shoulders in time. I get goosebumps the same as I would for a song that’s actually playing.
It’s not as vivid as seeing it for real, or even dreaming of it. It’s more akin to how you can “hear” a song that’s stuck in your head.
