This article is pushing end of history nonsense lol, they say shit like “Chinese leaders pay lip service to communist ideology but truly have adopted a post-ideological framework” lmao
there’s some funny shit there for sure, as you’d expect, but my read of it is that the main point was that the whole end of history idea turned out to be complete nonsense
