    Israel recognises same sex marriages performed in other countries where that’s a legal union. By all means you can be gay and married in Israel. Just not through the Israeli legal system itself.

    There are no civil marriages in Israel period. Heterosexual or otherwise. That’s a product of their legal distinction of marriages.

    Now are you going to also argue how Israel hates heterosexuals as well because it denies them marriage unless it’s a religious marriage?
