    “Christianity”.

The only thing even remotely Bible-adjacent about Trump’s campaign is that he bears a striking resemblance to the antichrist.

Pretty sure Nero wasn’t fat or orange.

That’s about where the dissimilarities end. To sum: they’re both assholes.

I am confused about why you said this. We are talking about the Christian Bible right? The book that repeatedly endorses slavery, genocide, absolute obedience to the despots, rape, turning women into fuckable-property, and is full of revenge fantasies?

Still waiting for them to change the fallacy to “no true Christian.”

It’s pretty convenient when you can instantly distance yourself from the awful people in your group by saying that they’re just not “real” Christians. I mean it’s perfect. If a person is “good” or does a good thing, they’re Christian. If they do a bad thing, they’re “not a real Christian.” Genius. You can never be wrong.

Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful.

    infusing

Try exploiting, coopting, taking advantage of, abusing, corrupting, perverting, desecrating, anything but “infusing.”

At least we know now what Christianity really stands for now.

      Uhhmmm

I hate to break it to you, but this is reality.

If you are pretending that this is an April fools joke to cope with reality, I am sorry for breaking the coping mechanism.

You want a little dose of reality? My late father cut the Bible apart, reorganized it to his liking, highlighted it in yellow and pink neon…

I don’t follow the nutjobs, not even my late father.
