How can I migrate my community form one instance to another keeping (1) my subscribers and (2) the post (and comment) history? Is it even possible?

I see, thanks! I know that Mastodon has this account migration feature which I think is a really neat protection against servers going astray. It’d be nice to have a similar feature on Lemmy such that communities can stick together while moving from one server to another, when need be.
Not right now, no.
Afaik this isn’t yet possible with Lemmy. But in general it would be a nice feature for the future!
