    I don’t see anything wrong here. Are you made [sic, probably meant mad] because it’s a black female? My wife is a pilot and at no point did she get reduced requirements. At no point did she not have to pass the same requirements as any man.

    My explanation:
    The original tweet was implicitly complaining about diversity, equity, and inclusion policies that may have led to this woman being hired. It belongs to a very common genre of post wherein online reactionaries lament the fall of western society before the… same people that have already been doing lots of jobs for decades or centuries. The Quartering is a political commentator/manchild who often makes videos ranting about the same phenomenon, except when it comes to movie characters. The irony of the situation is that the Quartering is the last person you’d ever expect to call out the blatant racebaiting and misogyny in the original tweet.
