I keep on hearing fat acceptance often. All I know is that it’s common among libs.

Idk how to react aside from cringe

Weight issues are inherently capitalistic. There is no adequate access to healthcare, including mental healthcare. Cities (for the most part) aren’t built with walking and cycling in mind as the only means of transporting oneself to everything you may need on a frequent basis.

I’ve been vegan for many years. I cycle and walk. I haven’t not been overweight since puberty which started at the ripe age of 5 for me. I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, don’t drink alcohol. Even if I wanted to eat junk food, my choice is limited by both veganism and my economic standing. I got bullied for being overweight into starving myself to a point where I was fainting. I still never got to a healthy weight.

Apparently current BMI “overweight” category can also be healthier than below:

    https://www.newscientist.com/article/2381121-having-an-overweight-bmi-may-not-lead-to-an-earlier-death/

A large US study has found that being overweight but not obese carried a slightly lower risk of dying within the study period than being a supposedly healthy weight

If you mind the sight of fat people, you’ve all the more reason to fight for communism, so we get access to healthcare and proper city planing.

Spot on. My family is from a rural area in the US, and every one of them is overweight and suffering from a myriad of health-related problems from that. It’s really not their fault, they’re encouraged to eat and live incredibly unhealthy lifestyles (massive carnist consumption, forced to drive rather than walk to get anywhere), then sell them more symptoms-treatments at their doctor, rather than finding the root causes, and making sure they don’t re-arise (what marxistst usually preface with reproduction)

Knee and joint replacements, heart disease, and diabetes are all affecting my immediate family.

Several massive industries are devoted to advertising and selling unhealthy products, then killing them, with no-one doing anything about it.
