The worst part of the balckout plan is that they decided to do it on a Monday instead of on a Friday.

Most people will wear out a mid-week blackout by ignoring it. If it was a weekend one, they’d have been scrambling to find entertainment that fills the void. I dunno who chose the date, but from the get go I knew they chose wrong.
