I think I got like 20 unlock popups when I played Borderlands 2 for the first time.
Yeah Borderlands 2 is the worst for this. I swear every time I start a new character it takes like 10 minutes just to go through all the pop ups before you can actually start playing. You’d think after having two OP 10 characters, they’d realise they don’t need to reexplain the DLC situation…
Fallout NV is also pretty bad with this. Mods that remove all of the fucking popups from showing up on a new game are a must for me

Starting a new game in Oblivion and you get fucking mail from high profile people as soon as you leave the dungeon.
would it have been so hard to program a days wait in there?
