Currently on a train in the US. Noticed the guy sitting in front of me on the official Reddit app, looking at a bunch of subreddits and getting blocked by the private subs and their protest messages. Flipped around the blacked out content for a while and then gave up. It works!!!

          Plenty of US cities have non-Amtrak trains…

          Amtrack is more regional than in-city public transportation

          Far more likely this was on a subway, maybe the el depending where OP is.

          Most of the big cities have light rails and/or subways and/or Amtrak service.

          Our train lines are just criminally slow. I used to live on a light rail line and on the far side of the Lightroom line was my work. I could drive 30 minutes each way everyday, or I could spend almost 2 hours riding the train over the same route.
