This might already be being worked on, but: I noticed that when I subscribe to a community the state of the Subscribe button doesn’t change to Joined until I restart Jerboa. Similarly, the list of subscribe to communities in the burger menu doesn’t update.

If I should file an issue on GitHub instead, do feel free to moderate this away.

    There actually already is an issue about this: https://github.com/dessalines/jerboa/issues/369 🙂

    But just to add, I’ve noticed both of these things too. Actually the Subscribe/Joined button seemed to update almost “immediately” for communities on my local instance, but not for federated communities. The list only ever seemed to update after restarting the app.
