I’ve been using the the osmotic flow / slow method, but I’m interested to see what other people like.

    My current go to for pour over is basically Hoffmann’s v60 technique (ratio and all), but I use a Hario switch, so I let the coffee and most of the water hang out and get to know each other for a couple of minutes before I let it drain through (I generally do 24g coffee to 400g water, so all the water doesn’t fit in the brewer at once, so after it started draining I’ll pulse the rest of the water in like a more “normal” v60)
