And in fact, part of what doing business with Russia was intended to prevent. Didn’t work. A country that does so with such regularity, most of Europe is in the Stop Russia Invading Its Neighbors club (which borders with Russia, how dare they!), and Russia still invades its neighbors who aren’t in the club.
