I had a Huawei phone which had a fingerprint reader at the bottom and a friend of mine had a phone with a fingerprint reader at the side of the phone.

Whenever we grabbed our phones out of the pocket, our finger was placed onto the reader and the phone got unlocked. The lock screen was almost gone. It was only useful to have a look at the clock. You didn’t need a lock screen.

We were able to have 16 shortcut widgets, now it’s down to 4 on a pixel and it’s crap.
