So that I can start eating or at least gathering food. To avoid the bad hunger. Also pretty forehead advice. Notice hunger -> get food.

The hungry feeling tells you how soon to eat, not how much to eat.
And I think your stomach is more likely to tell you you’re full sooner if it has been a while since you last ate.

Eat slowly until you’re satiated.
