      I would try the following. Call your ISP and ask them to change your IP address, use a new, different browser that has no cookies or cache or whatever, and then make the new account. That worked for me. If you wanna get really paranoid about it maybe also look into spoofing your m.a.c. address. If that fails then I can’t even imagine how they would be flagging the new accounts

        Browser fingerprinting is a thing (identifying someone by their browser’s configuration and fonts, amongst other things), but I don’t see them using that for bans honestly.

          Probably not but I wanted to be thorough as I had been flagged when making accounts from different IP addresses as well.
