The only wartime events I can think of off the top of my head that are real life versions of this accusation is the rape of Nanjing and the Mỹ Lai massacre.
These atrocities are very well documented and yet they’re never ever talked about like this.
I’m not one to instantly dismiss rape/sexual assault allegations but this is way fucking different. Coming from the UN about a war they started; for reasons they’ve admitted to out loud (extracting resources from the global south plus Russia, straight up imperialism); essentially confirms that this is made up.
