I think no given that I watched a lot of Tom and Jerry and never curled a shotgun into a mouse whole blowing the back of my head open or ran so fast into a wall I turned into an accordion.
But seriously nah, if multiple studies showing that videos games don’t promote violence in kids, then I don’t see how less interactive forms of entertainment will do that anymore.
Promote is not normalize though. Americans and the West (can’t say about the East) in general are pretty desensitized to violence.
