No… that’s just a market lol. Capitalism is the ideological belief that those who have wealth are good at turning that wealth into “capital” (which is just wealth that makes more wealth). So the result of this belief is the idea that we should give those who are wealthy more wealth so that they can continue to generate more wealth in total. Rising tides lift all boats type of thing.
