    Cut them up and put them in your water bottle! It’s delicious and refreshing and it apparently helps you hydrate cos cuc’s have potassium which is an electrolyte. I put them in there the night before and leave the bottle in the fridge overnight. Then refill the bottle at lunchtime and when I get home, then chuck the slices in the compost at the end. Lovely!
