I’m checking out the fan translation of the PS1 Dr. Slump game since it seemed charming as hell after seeing it in a video. I don’t know anything about Dr. Slump aside from it being the series Akira Toriyama did before Dragon Ball and that one crossover chapter early on in the Dragon Ball manga.

Anyway, I did not expect this schlubby professor dude in sandals, tank top and suspenders with that stache to be only 28 years old
This seems to be a distinctly Boomer/Gen-X thing.
