Ooh and it’ll be in Brazil too! As a BRICS country with a nominally leftish President in the Amazon, the next COP might be seriously different even without taking the US’s absence into account. Brazil probably will not be looking for more oil and gas exploration/investment, unlike Azerbaijan or Egypt or Dubai for the past three COPs.
