Pixelfed Groups are here (thanks to funding from @nlnet@nlnet.nl) and I'm working on adding support for Piefed too!

Dunno. Unfortunately, kbin and mbin may not be in people’s radar.
Hopefully things get standardised well enough that platform specific issues don’t really happen.
